Affirmative Action, the Tailhook scandal, rampant PCism, the erosion of Captain's authority, pilot respectability, and the general pussification of America pretty much buried fun under a fusillade of pandering.I will recapture a little taste of the glory. But this glory is a class 8 corrosive substance under 49CFR Part 172. There is silly in this job. The fun part (flying the plane) is at best half the job. Hilarious I started reading this on an overnight. I had tears in my eyes I was laughing so hard, and I was only through a few stories. I read another section on a deadhead. The flight attendants wanted to know if I would share the joke. I let them read a section.
