Five Stars Powerful and honest!. I loved it! I wasn't sure what to expect as Jo I loved it! I wasn't sure what to expect as I know Debbie personallyI read it because she wrote it. I read every page all the way through the case studies. On the last night that I was reading I only had one chapter left, when I finished reading I wasn't ready to put it downso I started back on chapter one. It reads differently the second time, now I've already been introduced to the family:)My favorite take away from this book is that our character and strength of today is a direct result of ALL of our past journey; the good, the ba. "Outstanding!" according to Barbara Juliussen. This beautifully written story highlights the tremendous impact childhood experiences have on our lives. The author is very insightful in capturing the connection between messages we receive from powerful people in our lives, the experiences we have and how we navigate the journey of growing up and becoming an adult. The book is a must read for all who struggle to achieve a healthy, fulfilling life.
