This book has been very helpful in assisting my young client's identify what is really happening in their lives as a result of substance abuse entering their families. It can give them the validation they need express themselves and begin to heal.. very helpful for my daughter and for me This was a very helpful book. It came recommended from a counselor. I would recommend it paired with the reader (the Children's version). I would definitely recommend it for anyone who has a child dealing with parental substance abuse issues.
