Fresh insight into genius Some books are entertaining, some are informative, a few can change your life. The work of G and O fall into the last category. As G puts it (through the words of O, in In Search of the Miraculous) his teaching is for those who are seeking "something more". If you are already acquainted with the work of the two outstanding gentlemen in question, and are still in search of "something more", Colin Wilson's fascinating and insightful double bio fills the bill.In spades.. "The connection" according to Peter Pan. Being an Oshoite , I came across Colin Wilson's name while I was reading " Books I have loved " by OSHO where he speaks about some 170 odd books he loved the best amongst more than a hundred thousand that he read in his lifetime !! He talks about Colin Wilson's debut venture "The Outsider" quite highly . In the same book he also discussed two of Gurdjieff's books and many of Ouspensky's books. Now coming across this title was obviously interesting. Here was one of Osho's favorite authors writing about another two of Osho's favourite writers. I needed no more convincing to go for it . And behold and lo ! As expect. ramon solla said Great C influences.. Necessary writing to understand the path nito the Fourth Way.
