A must read for those doing business related to data centers! Before studying this book, I had only heard of data centers. I have been in the technology equipment finance business for 20 years but only recently been involved in projects where the equipment was housed in data centers. As the data center piece of the negotiations got more involved, I realized I had to preform a quick study or get left behind. This book (and the two day class) was perfect for me. The book is laid out in a simple to follow structure which defines the key terms, explains the ownership and solution types, pricing models with case studies, contracts, and how/why po. The CEO and author of the book, Sean Tario, does an amazing job of describing the entire data center process in a easy and interactive way. Anyone who is in this industry, needs to get their hands on this book if they really want to advance in this industry.
