I find the instructions easy to follow and enjoy giving and receiving. While I'm at work I sometimes give my hands reflexology massages and find it helpful to remain calm. "Filled with information!" according to Martina Isabela Beltran. This is a very informative book explaining hand and feet reflexology and methods. I think with practice and using this book as a reference this method of self therapy could be very beneficial. The book is easy to understand and detailed enough to really be helpful. I have put a few of the suggestions into practice and have experienced some relief. Filled with information about the origin and cause of pain as well as how reflexology works and heals the body. I do think it requires dedication and practice to really become accomplished but this is a good guide.. Short And Quite Detailed On Using Reflexology Tony Calhoun The book was a quick read with quite a bit of detail regarding the different zones used in reflexology. Having never tried reflexology in the past, my first attempt yielded a positive experience. Reflexology should be considered as another method for dealing with pain.
