I've been on the data side of data/voice my whole career, but with the convergence of both into a single network approach, I found I needed to get more in-depth background on the telecomm side. I searched amazon.com thoroughly and finally found this book. I didn't know what to think when I ordered it--whether it would meet my needs or not--because there just wasn't enough info to be had in the description.
