Missing 18th chapter becasue of "Moral, Christian, God Fearing reasons" is a major bummer. I would like to read just the 18th chapter alone on psychoactive plants and entheogens rather than recipes for preserved nuts and skin whiteners.. Mermaiden said Period recipe source. A wonderful book summarizing the best of Nostradamus' recipes that the book says he wrote in a two-volume set originally. If you want to know medieval recipes for hygine and beauty, this is a good source for that knowledge.
