Michael I. said Good but basic. More of an article than a book. Some good tips but pretty basic stuff. My impression after going through this was that it was more of a magazine article or blog than a book. Not worth the current price.. Smart thinking about system implementations Love this book! Ms. Emerson presents a very complex subject in a very digestible and easily understandable way. As a CEO who is "non technical", this is a wonderful bridge to addressing a very important issues for all stakeholders involved in the change initiative.
