"Flim Flamed" according to Larry D. Shackelford. I have not received this code book in the alloted delivery time. I have written an email and have not been given a responseWHERE IS MY CODE BOOK!!!. Cumbersome and hard to use as reference wiggins I bought this book as a reference to take the California professional engineering exam (civil-seismic). I thought the binder edition would be great, but the binder it came in was about twice as big as it needed to be, which made it a pain to carry around to classes and the exam. I ended up transferring the pages into a more compact binder. I also had a really hard time navigating through the table of contents and index to find specific things I needed. Thank goodness our instructor gave us detailed sections to study and highlight!
