Simple line drawings show the placement of hands for both self healing and for working with others. Her inclusion of information on anatomy, physiology, and the metaphysical aspects of healing are a definite plus. Later sections, on running a healing circle and on finding a teaching Master, are both excellent guides from an experienced teacher.
