Great guide for meditation TX NH fan Whether you are in recovery or not, this is an easily read book on the benefits of meditating and practical suggestions on how to do it. If you are a beginner, it's a great guide. Even a more practiced meditator could benefit from reading it or have copies to give to those considering meditation but wanting to understand it better.
