After reading Dr. Akins' book I was left mesmerized by his knowledge. I was unable to put it down. I strongly suggest reading any and all articles/books and papers published by the astonishing Dr. Akins.. "Meh Book" according to Chris. To be honest this book is really good but it is again very biased on the material. It does not give proper studies to any of the material. More often then not my class disagreed with the material in the book. That says something.
