DESCRIPTION:
Critical to understand the role of the S.C. in our history. As usual, Mark Levin has it nailed. Just into chapter 3, but his analysis is eye opening. He gives you a lot to think about without any B.S. Every American should know how the Supreme Court and certain Justices have misconstrued our Constitution to the detriment of every citizen for many, many years. He makes you realize how critical it is to have "originalists" on the court. Otherwise they just fashion their interpretation of the Constitution to fit their own ends. These days the S.C. is making laws which is the job of our elected officials in Cong. Honest, well-researched, and horribly frightening for anyone who is a true patriot! phoenixqueen One of the best books describing how we've begun to lose control of our country and our freedom. Mark cuts right to the heart of the issues, and explains everything clearly with research to back up his assertions. A wonderful book for a true patriot from a true patriot. Levin examines several decisions in the court's history to illustrate his point, beginning with the landmark Marbury v. The court, in Levin's estimation, pursues an ideology-based activist agenda that oversteps its authority within the government. --John Moe. Levin comes out firing against the United Sta
There’s a word for this: tyranny. In Men in Black, radio talk-show host and legal scholar Mark R. The Supreme Court endorses terrorists’ rights, flag burning, and importing foreign law. But these days the Constitution is no restraint on our out-of-control Supreme Court that strikes down laws and imposes new ones purely on its own arbitrary whims. Is that in the Constitution? You’re right: it’s not. Levin dissects the judicial tyranny that is robbing us of our freedoms and stuffing the ballot box in favor of liberal policies.
