"Wow, this book was useless" according to Amazon Customer. Theres really nothing new here. Its a bunch of ESRI white papers, and how to set up an enterprise GIS.. "A good book for GIS situational awareness" according to Javed. This is actually a very nice book to read if someone wants to understand a bigger picture of how the GIS is used in emergency response and how to plan the response in first place. Although the examples and scenarios explained inside the book are about the US and concerned dep
