It talks about aromatherapy roll one and how to use them and various carrier oils used with them and the various essential oils. Some examples of various blends: Happy days solution which uses sandalwood, bergamot, vestiges and a carrier oil. Wrinkle eraser which uses myrrh, sandalwood, carrot seed and a carrier oil.
