From all corners of the world Chrijeff R. Turner Wilcox is, to my mind, one of the two greatest costume artists to be found between book covers (I'll get to the other one in a future review, so watch these spaces), and in this handsome book, originally published as "Folk and Festival Costume of the World" and recently brought back to print by Dover, she turns her attention from historic to ethnic costume.
