This book covers many styles of hot rods. Some are from day's gone by that have become icons in the hot rod world while other's are just simple car's built for enjoyment. Combining the well known car's of history with those of modern day time is something i havn't seen much of and i feel adds to the book. Your seeing many car's for the first time. "Here's One You Can Do Without" according to H Rodder. What could have been a truly "great" book turned out to be such a disappointment ! This book is a collection of average-mediocre hot rods with only a small sampling of "great" rods.There is only one picture of each car--no detail photographs (the description of the car might say what kind of engine the car has but if the car has a hood who knows what the engine looks like).
