The author has created a program that moves chapter to chapter, from beginning techniques to more advanced techniques. If followed in order, the potential coach with learn from start to finish how to begin a coaching session, what to say, how to organize the session correctly, how to communicate effectively with the client and motivate them to improve their lives. It also contains information on how to start your own coaching business. There are many valuable techniques to choose from as well. I was more than impressed. Maine buyer said Good first book. Had to buy this to go with a training. It was an easy read. Lots of practical advice. There was a lot of reliance on some techniques that are not supported by research, so I took it all with a grain of salt. Good advice on the business aspects of setting up a practice..
