Poorly Written & Frankly Boring I just finished reading Heston's Fantastical Feasts and was eager to start this book and get to know how he became the amazing Master Chef he is today. It's ironic that the cover shows Heston Blumenthal in front of a lit pot because the author thoroughly failed to capture any of HB's "flame." The book is dull and the authors writing style is flat out drab. I love to read, especially when it involves cooking/baking [I own personally more then 75 cookbooks, a few chef biogra. Enjoyed RITAS Very instructive and a good read
