Gives the basics I was expecting more out of this book considering the price I have purchased many learning books on Solidworks and there are other books out just as good for a cheaper price.. Really good basic book Ali Etezadkhah I did not have any 3D design experience before taking a class in SolidWorks and buying this book. Our class is using 2013 version, but I bought this older version and haven't had any issues beside some obvious dimensioning typos. The book is very clear and well laid out. My instructor is very good and has a lot of experience in design, but doesn't deviate from the tutorials much because they are very . "Great Price" according to RZito. Needed this book for one of my classes, and needed it in a hurry. Got it when expected and for a great price.
