Must read - 5 stars Lasha I must be the only person on the planet who did not like Brokeback Mountain in any of its incarnations. While some people might compare L.C. Chase's Long Tall Drink to that movie, I totally disagree. Yes, there are similarities. Both have hot cowboys in love, but to me Brokeback Mountain only covered the surface of a relationship between two men, while Long Tall Drink dives deep into the complexities of two gay men in an isolated and homophobic society.From the moment Ray and Travis meet there is smoking hot chemistry. Wonderful cowboy romance! I thought this cowboy romance is wonderfully written. The writing is seamless and engaging. Ray and Travis are beautifully drawn out and very sexy. You just want these two guys to be together and the tension between them keeps me glued from the very beginning till the end. The attraction is instant as in all MM romance and by the end when these two come together, they have known each other a mere few weeks.
