"Motorcycle road trip NOT just for motorcycles" according to mehershalalhashbaz. Billed as a "motorcycle touring" book, this is much more. It is a good book about road trips in the Northwest - mostly off-freeway. Good for any-one on any-number of wheels.I was on a two-week motorcycle ride up the north side of the Columbia River to the Canadian border. In Kennewick Washington I accidentally left the taillight of my Triumph cruiser on overnight, and the battery was dead the next morning. A young woman offered to jump-start my bike, and introduced herself as "a travel writer. "Been There Done That." according to Kody. I've lived in western Washington all my life. I was looking for new things here I've never done before. The majority of these trips I've done before. I would recommend this for people that aren't familiar or haven't lived in the area for a long time.. Amazon Customer said A Top Notch Travel Book. This is what a tour guide for mc's should be. It was an interesting read for anybody desiring to travel to the Pacific NWE, wether by bike or car, tho it's geared to the biker. It's specific on gas stops, distances, off the beaten path sights, and provides the riders eye view of the route. It was also written in an engaging style, which I found almost as enjoyable as a novel. You are literaly in the rider's seat on the road with the authors. I would read any travel books by these two authors.
