This book is available for $29.95 from the ARRL web site (arrl/shop/VHF-UHF-Handbook-Second-Edition/) or, in the UK, from the RSGB (which publishes it) for a similar price. For the sake of accuracy, the author (actually editor) of the book listed on this page is Andy Barter (see the cover image for confirmation). Dick Biddulph is the editor of the outdated 1997 first edition (which is out of print, obviously, but isn't rare either - you can currently buy it new from ARRL, or used on from $1.99). The current page is the 2007 second edition.. I have no idea why a handful of sellers have listed even used c
