Three Stars It was a ok book. Found some things I never knew about.. "Not so "alternative" Disappointing" according to DH. Very disappointing. I can't believe this guy recommends fluoride!!!!! Most people into alternative health these days know it is highly toxic for us, based on a governmental mistake.
