The presentations (live or on webinars) by this author gives more insight to working with ethnic skin. This is a very thin text and cost less.. A Total Rip Off! This is a 42 page pamphlet where at least SEVEN of them are BLANK. This purports to be a guide yet it is absolutely devoid of any substantial information. There is nothing proprietary about the info contained therein. It's a rip off and shame on me for blindly assuming that as a self professed "NATIONALLY-RENOWNED SKIN CARE EXPERT," Pamela Springer would display more integrity in what she puts out there to "guide" fellow skin care professionals.
