It read like a suspense novel although it was a heartbreaking and I related to this book on so many levels. It read like a suspense novel although it was a heartbreaking and loving memoir. I couldn't put it down. I knew Dr. Spinelli was a great doctor and a fierce advocate. Now I know he's a terrific writer.. Therapeutic! I don't know where to begin, but I will say I have never turned pages faster. I could so identify with Frank and others in his writings as I felt like he was telling the story I never had the nerve to tell. I would also say that even if this story doesn't pertain to you it is a great read for so many reasons. For one perhaps through Frank's experiences you may see warning signs.
