Coming from a Christian, I personally always could not understand why other Christians always seem to bash the lgbt community because I always thought of the nature of Jesus and that he would have accepted them. This almost drove me away from Christianity at one point, but this book reaffirms my faith that the God I worship and my savior doesn't condone those hateful attitudes.. About the AuthorJeff Miner is the pastor of LifeJourney Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. Before his ordination, Jeff worked as an attorney for 13 years, last serving as a Deputy Chief Council for a federal banking agency. In the meantime, he attended Harvard Law School, graduating with honors in 1983. Jeff lives with his spouse, David Zier. He spent most of his childhood years in Zambia, Africa, and has lived in Korea, the Philippines, and all of the West Coast states. He completed his clergy training and was ordained in 1997. .
