I think many people might take a pass on this helpful book because of this omission. I took a chance and purchased it blind based on the reviews. I am glad I did. As I am getting ready to visit some assisted living homes I found the questions in the book useful, I would not have thought of many of those important ques. "Very thought provoking and helpful. Gave me a framework" according to Cheryl Dunn. Very thought provoking and helpful. Gave me a framework for the questions I had already thought of, and for many others that hadn't occurred to me. Bought one for me and each of my 5 siblings!. "Good for first timers or lay persons" according to Sharon. This is a great book for kids looking for placement for the first time or people without healthcare experience. I'm a nurse and.work in long term care so it wasn't much help for me. It's a confusing world out there arm yourself with knowledge!
