Helpful basic info on older cars Bought this book so my husband could work on car, it doe's have basic info on car but it is still cheaper than going to car dealer and having work done. He did not have a problem with the directions on what he was working on. No he is not a mechanic, a do it yourself type of guy.. Not the Chilton's of old R. Kolk Incomplete information and mistakes resulted in lost time troubleshooting. Wiring diagrams are incomplete with some test instructions ie:emission/MAP sensor are vague and left me with unanswered questions.. Happy But Surprised Happy with book but to my supprise it didn't say anything about the tie rod, tie rod ends or bushings. Seems they missed that part of the car compleatly.
