I was scared when I got it, because it's very small, so I thought there couldn't be anything in it that I hadn't found from a few college courses and reading about color on-line. However I found that I'd purchased a book that is not only a quick read but also a very handy reference with a lot of grea. Good for beginners, good refresher for advanced artists. This is a good book for beginning artists. Although I have many years of experience as an artist, I found this guide useful for putting my intuition and experience into words as I now work as an instructor.
