I bought this due to the fact as I am getting a tad bit older I find that sometimes I feel a little inflammation in my joints from time to time. So I popped for this book. But this recipes don't really make you think you are on a diet! Really good stuff and heck it helps! Great cookbook. I like the turkey wraps and stuffed peppers.
