It looks like actual stickers on the cover, embossed and glossy. I love that there are lined pages and blank pages. It gives you the opportunity to be artistic or simply use as a place for little articles or mementos. I have purchased 15 of them for holiday gifts. Unfortunately, I have already given several away and need to order some more! Thank you Payton Cosell Turner, you have made my holiday shopping so easy!P.S. I also love her coloring book "Every. Perfect for writers and artists alike blank pages and lined pages inside. The cover caught my eye because it is the same artist who did designs inside the cover for Lena Dunham's book.
