I had a great experience. Amazon Customer I just read those other three reviews. I am glad I did not read them prior to purchasing this book, because I may not have purchased it. As it stands, I did buy it, and I am very happy with it. In reading the description, I do not honestly remember if I was expecting to receive a hardback or a soft cover book. I received a soft cover book. It was in fantastic condition, and it was exactly the book pictured. I received it within a few days of ordering
