Recommended reading for truck drivers, want-to-be drivers, and the general public.. :-( Amazon Customer I relate to the author's story as I was a truck driver for 5 years, and I know that the road offers a story to tell for anyone who has lived that life. Sadly, this author just wasn't the one to tell it. This book was obviously self-published with no editoral support, because the grammatical and spelling errors are frequent and the storytelling skill is minimal at best. Hold on to your seat belt this is going to be a bumpy ride. There are a lot of laughs and time to cry. If you ever wanted to drive a truck or you are the new age trucker and want to see what it was like eighteen years ago then you should read this.. is a book about how one driver got into the trucking business and what happens to him
