"Definitly for decision makers" according to Warren Chang. First I'd like to say that this book isn't for the scientists. When they say it's for decision makers, it is. A lot of the facts written in here are graphs and trends in the economic and financial markets. It looks at many different factors so that a person in charge can make a sound financial investment.
