KB said Horrible.. False advertising and a complete waste of money. No facial massage is demonstrated. All the information said is common sense to any esthetician-- practicing or not. The quality of the dvd itself is also terrible. I had to turn the volume up almost all the way just to hear it. I learned absolutely nothing from this dvd and am simply looking forward to returning it. I'm an esthetician who has been out of the industry for a couple years and was looking for something to refresh me whether you have been practicing or not there is not one thing on here that.
