He was elected Strafford County Attorney twice and ran for U.S.Senate. Unable to afford UA after his freshman year he went back to UNH to obtain a BA. Within two years he was on the debate team and eventually editor of the school newspaper. In his campaign speeches he said he was from southern Italy, lived in southern NH and went to school in South Berwick, Maine. He was in a plane crash that left him on the critical list for 12 days and in an arm and body cast for 9 months. Scholarshipped to many colleges he chose the University of Alabama and went there without a scholarship. Fred has remained fearless, determined and undetered by his critics thoughout his life. Fred is an active member of the NH bar and the TN bar. He attended a swearing in at the New Hampshire Supreme Court. has written his autobiography, Undefeated
