Very good introduction to applying CBT CBT has been very helpful for me in my therapy practice, and this book is a great step-by-step introduction to making positive changes and healthy decisions. My only critique is that there could be more/it could be bigger, or could even have duplicate pages - while the material is great, once completed it's a bit like a coloring book - all used up. That said - this is a great introduction to CBT and I strongly recommend. Step by step workbook for substance abuse Kate Vallee This is a well organized workbook to help overcome triggers for anyone with substance abuse problems. Anyone dealing with this knows how little help there really is out there. This is a science based psychological workbook to help an addict recognize his triggers and learn the necessary coping skills to deal with them.. "Five Stars" according to Richard Herc.
