Chey Cobb said A sophomoric attempt at best. I wanted very much to love this book, but it's a big disappointment. In its approximately A sophomoric attempt at best I wanted very much to love this book, but it's a big disappointment. In its approximately 30 pages, every "chapter" reads like a high schooler's essay. There's nothing new in this book that can't already be found in articles and blogs online, and there are huge misstatements and misconceptions (i.e., CBD has not been researched because doctors are opposed to new studies). The language often reads as if English is not the author's native language. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this book.. 0 pages, every "chapter" reads like a high schooler's essay.
