She will step out of her comfo. KLH said Great book!. I really enjoyed this novel. I think it’s become one of my favorites, displacing some other works. It’s more than just a romance, as is so much of Harper’s work. It’s also a coming out in middle age story, as the blurb says. It’s difficult to come out at any age, but it must be even tougher to uproot all of your life, family and friends at a later age when you’ve established what you think is yourself and your life. I liked the way the author handled all the other people in Micky’s life. It was
