Elisabeth Young said awkward. After reading this updated version of the original 1988 book, I found that the updates to the information do make reading difficult and rather unpleasant. You can almost guess what parts were thrown in almost ten years later. It almost felt like the author used the second version to work out his own issues rather than focus on his reader's. There are just so many more helpful books out there on forgiving yourself and moving on in life when you have suffered pain and hurts.. Amazon Customer said not an easy read. Too wordy to say something that could. not an easy read. Too wordy to say something that could have been said in a simpler format. Just my opinion. "Four Stars" according to Dianna Taylor.
